The Foundation of Christian Education. Proverbs 4:7; Deuteronomy 6:6–9.Wisdom begins with God’s Word.Christian education must be rooted in Scripture, not just academic knowledge.In Deuteronomy, God commands parents and leaders to teach His Word diligently — in everyday life, at home, and in public.Learning begins with a heart posture of submission to God’s truth. Christian homes and churches must be places where the Word of God is central to all teaching.II. The Goal of Christian Education. 2 Timothy 3:16–17; Colossians 1:28.The goal is to produce mature, equipped disciples, not just well-informed people.God’s Word is profitable for teaching, correction, and training, shaping believers to be complete in Christ.• Christian education aims to form Christlike character and a mission-driven life.Christian learning should result in spiritual growth, obedience, and readiness to serve. The mind is trained, but the heart is changed.III. The Method of Christian Education.Acts 18:24–26; Matthew 28:19–20.Education happens through personal relationships and public teaching.Priscilla and Aquila privately taught Apollos — showing the power of mentorship and discipleship.Jesus commanded the Church to teach all nations, making disciples through Word and example. We must teach Christ intentionally.
