In the case of a Christian we are not acting out a part, but living out a profession. We are not to pretending to be someone or something we are not, but actually showing the world what we are and who we are. Where we go to school, work, and the neighborhood in which we live is the stage on which we live out the Christian life. The people we come into contact with in every situation of life are the audience that is watching us.There are some Christians who are silent and secretive about being a Christian. They never tell anyone they are a Christian or talk to others about being a Christian. Jesus wants us to the salt in a depraved world and light in a darkened world. Jesus wants us to put on a good show for the world.
