Life is God’s Gift Gen. 1:26-28The Sixth Day : Creation of Man, Male and Female.when God created the universe, He created it in stages. At first, He simply hung the stars and the earth in space. They were all incomplete, unfinished, and unproductive. The earth itself was covered with one massive ocean: the whole earth lay under a sea of surging, raging waves. In addition, there was a heavy mist,a dense fog and thick clouds,that encircled the earth. Just imagine! The earth was encircled with a thick mass of clouds that apparently rose several thousand feet up into the sky. This would mean that the earth was engulfed in pitch black darkness.This was primeval earth; this was the way our planet looked before God began the six days of creation. But God did not create the earth to remain in a primeval stage. He created the earth to be the home for man. Therefore, God launched His great creative acts; God launched the six great days of creation.
