VBS LESSON 2: GOD KNOWS THE WAY.Campers learned that God always knows the best way for His children, even when we do not understand where He is leading us.When the children of Israel left Egypt, God did not take them by the shortest or easiest route. Instead, He led them through the wilderness because He knew what was best for them. God could see dangers and challenges that they could not see.To guide His people, God gave them a pillar of cloud during the day and a pillar of fire during the night. Wherever God moved, the people followed. His presence reminded them that they were never alone.This lesson taught campers that life does not always go the way we expect. Sometimes God leads us down a path that seems longer, harder, or different from what we planned. But God sees the whole journey, while we can only see a small part of it.Just as God guided Israel through the wilderness, He still guides His people today through His Word, prayer, and the leadership of the Holy Spirit.God leads me—even when I don’t understand the path.When you face decisions, problems, or uncertain situations, trust God and follow His direction. Even when the path seems confusing, God knows the way.
