The Preparation for the Redeemer Ruth 3:3 Before us is a wonderful illustration of our Redeemer, the Lord Jesus, and how He paid the debt and made us free. It is the story of how Boaz, as a kinsman-redeemer, redeemed Ruth. In our last study we learned about the role of a kinsman-redeemer. Now let’s notice the only example of a kinsman-redeemer in the Bible.Our flesh is a near-kinsman. But our flesh cannot save us. But Jesus is able and willing! Praise God He was willing! He is the kinsman was able and willing! He is our kinsman redeemer.
