Birthmarks of a Believer1 John 5:13 As you study the Word of God, you will find time and time again that our Lord makes a clear distinction between those that are saved and those that are lost. The Word of God indicates that there are 2 types of births.1 THERE IS THE PHYSICAL BIRTH! 2 THERE IS THE SPIRITUAL BIRTH! It has been called “The Second Birth”. Jesus called it “ye must be BORN AGAIN.” Jesus told a religious man by the name of Nicodemus that he had to be born again. Jesus made it very clear that anyone who enters into Heaven has to have a “heavenly nature”. And He also made it very clear that in order to have a “heavenly nature” there had to be a “new birth”; the “second birth”; being birthed into the family of God.If one is a believer, there should be certain birthmarks in his life. There are certain evidence of children that cause them to be identified with their parents.Allow God’s Word to speak to your heart and see if these birthmarks of a believer are evident in your life.
