Series: We’re In This Altogether
God doesn’t love us because of how awesome we are, but because of how awesome he is. When Jesus commanded the CHURCH to go and make disciples, it was with the understanding that we were all on this mission TOGETHER.
At no point did Jesus proclaim that the CHURCH was to be divided. In fact, he gave examples of how the diversity of people actually contribute to the same mission: a branch, a building, a bride and a body.
“We can accomplish more TOGETHER than we can alone.”
Accomplish = impact people’s lives / do God’s work
New Day is not a place you just come to in order to get your kids taught and to have a good God encounter. There is something more. Something we are meant to accomplish together. “If you want to go FAST you go alone, but if you want to go FAR go TOGETHER.”
