Determine the values that are important to you and bring your life in to harmony with those values;E – evaluate how God has uniquely shaped and gifted your life.S – surrender the rest of your life from this point on to God to use for His glory; It is dying to self, denying oneself, ceasing from sin (v.1).It is doing God’s will for the rest of one’s days (v.2).It is being fed up with sin, knowing that one has sinned enough (v.3).It is bearing the strange look by the world (v.4-5).What could God do if a group of people said we are going to give all to God, we are going to give our selves up completely to God? We are going to say God you know the things in my life that keep me from being totally dedicated.Arm yourself with the mind of Christ. What does this mean?It means to do the will of God—do it for the rest of your days.God’s will is for believers to live pure and righteous lives and to focus upon proclaiming the gospel of eternal life to a lost and dying world. Genuine believers do this. They do not make the lusts and desires of men the rule of their lives. The rule of their lives is God.
