Living a Life of the Cross. Galatians 6:14-18 Paul tells us you need to see the cross clearly.This is where self-help ends and Jesus Christ Power begins.God’s plan of salvation began sometime before the foundation of the world.God even planned to have His only begotten Son, Jesus crucified before the foundation of the world.Four things Happens when you live every day in the Plan of the cross. 1.You Will Live A Life of Praise,2. You Will Live A Life of Purpose.3. You Will Live A Life of Power.4. You Will Live A Life of Passion.You cannot fulfill your purpose without Christ.Trying to get money by winning the lottery bypasses personal fulfillment you get from our relationship with the Lord and Savior.Neither can you achieve God’s intent for your life by reaping the benefits of someone else’s efforts.Without purpose, life becomes meaningless.Winning a million dollars could very well kill you if you stopped working your regular job.Your body might live for a while, but your potential, the real you, would die from lack of use.The joy of life would be gone.GOD GIVES YOU WORK TO MEET YOUR NEED FOR PERSONAL FULFILLMENT.When you try to get something from nothing you miss the opportunity to find gratification, because effort is the key to satisfaction.My prayer is that you would be so close to the cross of Jesus Christ that the Plan of that cross would completely cover every part of your life.God will transform you into a new person.If we live in constant fellowship with Him,He will direct and lead us in the fulfillment of this plan.Many of us have God’s second, and third best.If you want the perfect plan for your life, you will have to go by way of cavalry to get it.
