One King, One Nation, One Covenant (vv. 21–24)God promises to gather His people from every nation, unify them under one King—His servant David—and cleanse them from sin. The unity God brings is not just political, but spiritual, rooted in covenant loyalty and obedience to His statutes.III. The Everlasting Covenant of Peace (vv. 25–28)God declares His intention to dwell among His people forever. This everlasting covenant of peace includes security, blessing, and the abiding presence of God. His sanctuary in their midst is both a promise and a sign to the nations that He alone sanctifies and unites His people.God’s plan for reconciliation and unity transcends human divisions. Through His covenant, He offers not just peace, but a restored identity and future.
