Noiseless Miracle of Christm..

person Pastor Darrell Bailey

Noiseless Miracle of Christmas Luke 2:14There was the spectacular appearance of the heavenly host with a army of angels, “ten thousand times ten thousand” Daniel 7:10;Psalm 68:17.God either gave the shepherds a special sight into the spiritual world and dimension or caused the spiritual dimension to appear to physical sight. The angels out for glory to be lifted to God…who is the highest possible Being. They cried out for peace, for good will toward men.By peace is meant the peace of reconciliation, the good will between God and man.Luke 1 records the events in preparation for the advent of the Messiah. Acts 1 records the events in preparation for the advent of the Holy Spirit.Luke 2 records the advent of Jesus for making salvation possible.Acts 2 records the advent of the Holy Spirit for the proclamation of salvation. Jesus made atonement for sin.The Holy Spirit applies the merits of Christ’s atonement in the regeneration of sinners who believe on Jesus. The advent of Jesus was in humility. This was not wind, but a sound like wind. The word for wind and spirit (or ghost) is the same. The Holy Spirit is the holy wind or holy breath that breathes new life into sinners when they are born again. He knows what’s going on in your life, and he cares … and, most of all, he has the power to do something about it.Jesus can speak to the wind and the seas, the words that we so often need spoken into our lives:Peace.Be still. He came to bring us a Noiseless Miracle of God. We ourselves are not capable of manufacturing anything of the sort.
