How God Meets Us When We’re Most Desperate.2 Kings 4:1–7 (KJV)In this powerful passage, a desperate widow cries out to the prophet Elisha. Her husband is dead, her debts are overwhelming, and her sons are about to be taken as slaves. She has nothing left—except a small pot of oil. But that small remnant, when surrendered to God, becomes the starting point for a miracle. As Elisha instructs her to gather empty vessels and pour the oil, the oil continues to flow until every vessel is full. God’s provision is personal, abundant, and timely.
• God sees our desperation and responds with compassion.
• What we think is “not enough” is more than enough in God’s hands.
• Obedience activates the miracle—faith steps unlock God’s supply.

When life presses in and resources run dry, God is not distant. He meets us at the intersection of our emptiness and our obedience. Don’t measure what you have—measure how willing you are to trust and obey. Your “little” becomes limitless in the hands of the Almighty.
