The greatest mission of every New Testament church is not simply to gather on Sunday—it is to take the Gospel of Jesus Christ into every community and to every nation. We are grateful to the Lord for another month of opportunities to proclaim His Word through our local church, our association, our website, and our worldwide online ministries.
Although only the Lord knows every heart that has been reached, we continue to see encouraging evidence that God is opening doors far beyond the walls of our church building.
Reaching Bartow County Together
Bethel Crossroads Baptist Church is thankful to be a cooperating church with the Bartow Baptist Association, where churches work together to strengthen local congregations, encourage pastors, equip believers for ministry, and reach Bartow County with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Through evangelism, leadership development, missions, compassion ministries, and church partnerships, the Association helps local churches accomplish far more together than any one church could accomplish alone. We thank God for every pastor, missionary, volunteer, and church family serving faithfully throughout Bartow County.
Our Digital Mission Field Continues to Grow
Every sermon preached at Bethel Crossroads Baptist Church has the potential to reach someone sitting in a hospital room, serving overseas in the military, working a night shift, or living in a country where a gospel-preaching church is difficult to find.
This month’s ministry report continues to show that God is using these messages:
- Over 1,500 international sermon plays from around the world.
- 327 listeners across 34 U.S. states.
- Listeners from Canada, the British Isles, and many additional international locations.
- Strong listening activity from countries including China, the United States, the Philippines, Nepal, and Japan.
- Sermons continue to be discovered primarily through the web, allowing people searching for biblical truth to find Christ-centered, King James Bible preaching.
The monthly statistics vary, but by God’s grace we have consistently seen listeners from dozens of nations. In previous months the Lord has allowed these sermons to reach around 90 countries, reminding us that every faithful message placed online can continue preaching long after the invitation has been given.
Every Sermon Is a Missionary
When a sermon is uploaded, its ministry has only begun.
Someone may hear God’s Word:
- while driving to work,
- during a sleepless night,
- in a hospital,
- on a military base,
- in a prison,
- or in a country where gospel resources are scarce.
Only eternity will reveal how many lives have been touched through the faithful preaching of God’s Word.
