The Cross or the Flag?
Romans 13:1-7
I talk about how we as Christians should demonstrate Allegiance to our Country.You can be as involved as you want to be in the political process. Our community and our country will be better for it. But let’s remember that our ultimate obligation is not to the kingdom of this world, it is to the kingdom of God.Our country isn’t perfect. It’s a long way from it. But we do have much to be thankful for. We also have an obligation to our community and to our country to live a certain way. I’m encouraging you to be a certain kind of citizen — and I’m encouraging this fellowship to be a certain kind of church — that brings honor to the name of Christ by the way we conduct ourselves in society.
