Using passages from Romans and Joshua, it reminds people that everyone has sinned, but Christ died for sinners out of God’s love. God’s grace is stronger than hatred and sin. The Bible teaches that everyone has sinned and fallen short of God’s glory (Romans 3:23), but God showed His love by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners (Romans 5:8). Because of this grace, every person is called to make a choice about whom they will serve. Like Joshua declared, believers are encouraged to choose the Lord and commit their lives and homes to serving Him (Joshua 24:15).It calls individuals and families to make a personal decision to serve the Lord and live with faith and hope for eternity, reflecting the mission of Bethel Crossroads Baptist Church.
