Life at Work_04 Col. 3:22-25 Eph. 6:6-8; Col.4:1;Eph. 6:9Your work is a reflection of your relationship with Christ.Work is more than a paycheck.It is more than just a job.We are looking at how our Identity in Christ affects life at work.We need to do our work with integrity and dependability to our employer.Paul understood that an employees identity was not in his or her position as an employee, but through our position in Christ.We are to demonstrate our service to Jesus by serving our employer with integrity and faithfulness.Paul mentioned several things that should fuel our enthusiasm: Your reward,Your Lordship, and your justice.This is how my identity is seen when I work enthusiastically for Him.Even masters had a Master.Those with responsibility over people carry heavy loads and can become stressed out.May we never lose sight of the value and importance the people who work with us and for us.See them as Jesus sees them and treat them accordingly.
