Expressing the Life of Christ_07 Eph. 4:17-27 A believer who is becoming like Christ will be changed both inwardly and outwardly. The life of Christ will be expressed in a renewed lifestyle. We have also seen that due to our fleshly nature, the only way it is possible to become like Christ is through the working of the Word of God and the Holy Spirit.Ephesians 4:24 challenges us to “put on the new man.” This indicates that the change in our lives is to be evident to a lost world all around us.God intends for the behavior of a believer to be radically different from the behavior of an unbeliever. Many Christians are being told that it does not matter how they live, and churches are helping them feel comfortable in sinful lifestyles. The fact is that God is calling believers to be distinctly different.
